Resume content on your device
The app stores resumes and workspace data on your phone, including a previous recovery copy and a local repair archive when needed. It reads files you select in the Android picker; PDF, Word and image text extraction and editing run locally. Signing in does not enable resume syncing. We do not send resume text, images or exported files to the delivery server.
You choose the save location when exporting. A cloud storage provider or service you share a file with applies its own terms. We cannot remove a copy you have sent to another party.
Delivery account and app verification
In the internal build, Google and Firebase Authentication process account data when you continue with Google, including email, name, user ID and basic profile information returned by the provider, which may include a profile-photo URL if supplied. The app does not ask for your Google password. Services use technical information such as IP address, app and SDK versions, and device information. You can edit and preview a resume without choosing Google sign-in or automatic translation. Choosing account features or recovering an earlier delivery can initialize account and verification services and restore a previous session; after initialization, account status and pending operations can be refreshed when you return to the app. Signing out is not account deletion or a universal stop to all network activity or data processing by a previously initialized SDK.
Firebase App Check with Play Integrity checks the authenticity of the app and service requests and helps prevent abuse. Verification tokens and necessary technical information go to Google and the CV ATS service, without uploading resume contents. The web account deletion page uses Google sign-in to verify the account owner; it does not require the app or Android attestation on your device.
Purchase and delivery information
Google Play handles checkout, including test orders. The CV ATS server records account and product identifiers, purchase token, status and times, test or real purchase classification and review state when present, links between a resume and its variants, delivery and reservation identifiers, output format, and digital fingerprints used to verify the operation. We do not receive your card number or card details. These records count a resume once, recover status, handle cancellations and refunds, and prevent purchase replay. A fingerprint is not a copy of the resume, but remains linked to the account.
The internal build does not grant delivery allowance for a real purchase. Choose only a payment method marked as a Google Play test method; cancel if one is not shown. If an actual charge occurs, check the Google Play order and contact support.
Optional translation
Translation uses Google Translate through ML Kit. Language packs download on request over Wi-Fi; text is processed on your phone. A download already started may continue after cancelling translation. The SDK can process technical and diagnostic data, such as device, app and installation information, performance, languages and input/output sizes. Supporting Google services may infer an approximate country or region from IP. We do not request precise location permission. See ML Kit disclosures and Remote Config information.

Retention and deletion
Account and delivery records remain while the account exists to support repeat downloads. Account deletion removes the CV ATS identity, user records, project and delivery links and reservations, and removes raw purchase tokens from associated records. Derived account and purchase identifiers, product identifier, revocation status and deletion time remain to prevent replay. These markers currently have no automatic expiry and are not necessarily anonymous. You can ask the privacy contact to review their retention. Request-rate records become eligible for cleanup after two days; automatic deletion can take longer.
Google services have separate retention periods. Firebase states that logged authentication IP addresses remain for a few weeks, and other authentication data is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days after deletion begins. Firebase hosts this website and processes IP addresses to operate the service and prevent abuse, retaining them for a few months. Cloud infrastructure can process technical and security logs under its settings and terms; deleting an account does not promise immediate erasure of every service log. Official Firebase details.
Deleting a delivery account does not delete your Google account or orders retained by Google Play, and does not remove local resumes or external files. A resume deleted individually may remain in a previous recovery copy or repair archive. Clear Android app storage to remove all local app data, and delete external files and backups from their saved locations. We do not sell resume contents or use them for advertising.
